Lawyer Puyallup WA I have have been practicing criminal defense law in Puyallup for nearly 25 years. My practice at this time is mostly Criminal Defense coupled with civil law. I am rated BV (very good legal expertise) by Martindale-Hubbel. I have represented clients before the Washington State Supreme Court, the Washington Court of Appeals, The State Superior Court, Various County District Courts and Municipal Courts. I am also admitted to practice before the United States District Court For The Western District of Washington. Prior to attending law school I worked in politics and as a military officer. In 2004, I was given the privilege of commanding one of the Washington Army National Guard units in Baghdad, Iraq where I was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. I was also inducted into the 1st Cavalry Division’s Order of the Combat Spur. I am currently a member of American Legion Post #167 (Lifetime member). I am also a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and AMVETs Post #1 in Tacoma. I’m a member of the Elks, Eagles, Pythian Knights and other civic/fraternal organizations. I am also a member of the Columbia Tower Club, The Washington Athletic Club and Rainer Club of Seattle, the College Club of Seattle. I attend church at Blessed Sacrament in Seattle. I live in downtown Seattle with my wife and son.
